Great experience overall...i would give 10 stars if there was an option. Ildem in Uk was great at coordinating the minor details and helped throughout the process from start to end. Then in Turkey Celine took over and was equally professional and kind. I consider myself blessed to have a doctor like Dr Asim Uslu, in addition to being truly compassionate and kind, he is amazing at his job.

Outstanding service and care
Honestly can not recommend the renovated me team enough.
Form my initial enquiries to where I am today, 3 weeks post gastric sleeve nothing was to much trouble. I must have asked a 1000 questions and every one was answered straight away and put me at ease that they knew exactly what they were doing and I was in safe hands.
Booking was simple and I was able to add my husband as a companion.
The transfer and hospital stay were very professional,clean and caring. I had all the test done and was ready for surgery within 14 hours or arriving. (Honestly if I'd had them done in the NHS it would have taken 3 years for all the appointments and tests I had done)
I had a fabulous translator with me in Turkey who helped me through everything.(I could not have done it without her)
My surgeon was very good and listened to what I wanted from surgery and visited me multiple times post op untill he was happy to discharge me home.
The theatre team looked after me really well and I felt very safe in their hands.
I'm now 3 weeks post op and can honestly say my follow up has been outstanding from ildem. I feel fabulous and urge anyone thinking of booking to do it with renovated me......you won't regret it.

Fantastic clinic to put your trust in if you are looking to book bariatric surgery or plastic surgery in Turkey from the UK. Hands-on support from Ildem and other team members throughout the process and even months after post-op. I had my gastric sleeve through them and currently planning for my plastics. I know I will be looked after very well once I am back in the UK.
My concerns were finding the best doctor, extended support once I am back, and a legit enterprise to go with.

Renovatedme helped me change my life for better health. They did all arrangements and plan for me. I am terrible with tech , they were so helpful that did all flight arrangements for me too. Everything went smooth as planned with my gastric sleeve/holiday ( city I went had beautiful beaches), so pleased with them. Would recommend their service.

Gastric Sleeve 2022
I had gastric sleeve surgery July 22. From my initial chat with the co-ordinator to my surgery was amazing. I felt confident and supported. The hospital was amazing, like a 5 star hotel. The nursing staff were fab. I had a headache and literally waited 2 minutes for pain relief. Surgery was successful. The surgeon and the team were brilliant. I even left hospital with all my notes in English for my GP! Ildem my co-ordinator has become my go to friend. She has been so supportive through the whole process, she was with me in hospital and is still with me now.I went alone and she supported me through my flight, transfers and continues to support me to this day. I cannot recommend Ildem and the team enough and cannot wait to take my next stage with Renovated Me.

Hospital was clean and staff was friendly
I had Gastric Mini Bypass with RenovatedMe in Antalya. They did all they said. Nothing less. Special medical insurance, Covidien Tri-Staple, translator, hotel everything was great. I didn't tell anyone that I was going to have the surgery. And I went there alone. Because of this I was too stressed, my anxiety was too much. But they didn't let me alone.
Aybuke was with me at all consultations and later. UK Coordinator Ildem was always with me. Every time I got bored, she called me by video call and took my stress away. Hospital was clean and staff was friendly. The surgeon was also friendly and made you calm.
Hotel was great seaside hotel with good staff. There was lots of patients at the hospital from different companies. I have lots of friends from there.
Everything was smooth and good. I am sure I will sure use RenovatedMe again and always recommend.

I cannot thank them enough
I had mini gastric bypass with Renovatedme. I encountered Renovatedme at a time when I was very desperate. I was going to have surgery in another clinic, but my surgery was cancelled last week. I immediately contacted İldem and she arranged all my surgery, hotel and transfers shortly before my trip. Glad to met them. They are especially good aftercare. They did not leave me alone neither in Turkey nor in England. We talk all the time and they think of me more than I do. I cannot thank them enough. Thank you Renovatedme, especially İldem

Hospital was clean & comfortable, hotel/transport was amazing
I had a gastrict sleeve a month ago. Ildem has been amazing (we text regularly). My experience was very good, but I must stress, don't go alone like I did, I struggled with my translator but she did try. Hospital was clean & comfortable, hotel/transport was amazing. Even removed a problem, gallstone!! Can't wait for stage 2 next year & I'll definitely be using this company again. Thanks to my awesome surgeon & the nurses too, I've healed up well.

They have a very talented surgeon
I had Tummy Tuck and Breast lift with Implants with Renovatedme. I know that it is very difficult to find a reliable company and have surgery. At first I had my prejudices too. But good thing I chose them. It is good that I surrendered myself to their safe hands for my surgery. I had a wonderful surgical adventure.
